Dennis Conner is Crosspointe's Lead Pastor. He was born and raised in Charlotte, NC, but is now glad to call Arizona home. Dennis has a love for people and appreciates a good conversation with just about anyone willing to talk. He enjoys following the NFL and NASCAR and spends entirely too much time reading about cars. An admitted news junkie, Dennis also counts current events and politics among his interests. He is a graduate of Davidson County Community College, Chowan University and Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Before moving to Arizona in May 2006, he pastored 3 different churches in his native North Carolina.
Cindy Conner was raised in Camden, SC. She also loves people, especially children. Cindy enjoys reading and has learned to love (or maybe just tolerate) the NFL and NASCAR. She is a graduate of Anderson University in Anderson, SC and Gardner-Webb University. She has also attended classes at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. She works full-time as a math teacher in Goodyear and spends the remainder of her time caring for the Conner home and keeping Dennis on task. Cindy leads our children's ministry at Crosspointe. |
