​Lead Pastor

Though Michael was raised in North Carolina, he has embraced the culture of the Sonoran desert. Michael's desire is to see people learn to love God sacrificially, love others unconditionally, and equipping others to make disciples that make disciples. He enjoys the opportunity of serving others and showing the love of Christ to those he meets. He has served CrossPointe Church since the fall of 2007. He is married to his beautiful bride Michelle, and they have three children together.

​associate pastor

The Ellman family began attending CrossPointe Church in the Spring of 2010. Terrance has served in several capacities including Small Group Leader and Sports Ministry Coordinator. He has also served on the CrossPointe Leadership Team since 2012. In 2014, he was called to Gateway Seminary for post-graduate education. Terrance was ordained as an Elder of CrossPointe Church in 2018.
