Pastor Michael Bailey was born in Atlanta, Georgia but has lived most of his life in northeastern North Carolina.  He attended East Carolina University (Go Pirates!!) before making a profession of faith in Jesus Christ. He later graduated from Chowan College ('01) and then Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary ('05) in Wake Forest, North Carolina. He is married to Michelle Hill of Windsor, North Carolina (April '97). He has three children: Jonathan, Melissa, and Hannah.

Prior to moving to Arizona in November of 2007, Mike served Greens Cross Baptist Church for nearly 10 years as the Senior Pastor. Mike currently serves Crosspointe with his wife in our children's ministry, BLAST. He also is a full-time teacher at one of the local high schools. Mike enjoys gadgets, wood-working, photography, and hanging out with family and friends.
